How do I pay for my cookies?Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle. Refer to your invoice for payment instruction (it's easy).

Do you offer shipping?Yes we do! That being said, we are only able to ship orders within the state of New York at this time. Additionally, we offer free pickup and local delivery in Sullivan and Orange counties (NY) for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I order custom cookies?We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for our custom orders, however there is no maximum! Meaning, if you know you need cookies for an event 3 months away, get on our schedule! The more time we have, the better.

Is there a minimum order amount for custom cookies?We sell our custom cookies by the dozen, with 2 dozen being the minimum quantity. We currently have no maximum order size, so there's no limit to how many cookies we can make for you, and we DARE you to prove us wrong!

What if I need my cookies quickly for a cookie emergency?!We get it. We know life can make things come up last minute! So, if you need your order sooner than our required 3-week lead time, we will do what we can to help. We strongly suggest heading over to our Order Now! page immediately to get us your information. Rush orders are subject to a minimum 25% rush fee, depending on timeframe and our availability to accommodate.

How much do custom cookies cost?Our cookies are sold by the dozen (2 dozen minimum) and come in 3 pricing tiers: Tier 1 ($52): Up to 3 shapes, 3 colors, basic design only (does not include character design, airbrush work or florals) Tier 2 ($62): Up to 5 shapes, 5 colors, basic design plus airbrush work (does not include character work or florals) Tier 3 ($72): Up to 10 shapes, 10 colors, basic design plus character design, airbrush work and florals We will work with you to provide options that fit your budget!

How do I place an order for custom cookies?Head on over to our Order Now! page and complete the short order request form. Once that is submitted, you will receive email confirmation that we have received your request. Once that happens, our team will review your request and start designing and pricing your order. If we have additional questions about your request, we will reach out to you via email or phone. Once everything is approved by you, we will send over an invoice which must be paid before work on your order begins.

How long do your cookies take to make?All of our cookies are made to order, from scratch, over the course of 3 days. The first day is when we make the cookie dough, cut the cookies, and bake the cookies. Once baked, we let them rest overnight. Day 2 is spent applying the first "flood" layers of icing to your cookies. These then need to completely dry overnight as well. Day 3 begins with the application of the "Royal" icing layers for all the details on the cookie. Next we subject your order to a fancy-shmancy photo shoot before heat-sealing each cookie individually and packaging for pickup.

I'm not in New York, can I still buy a Cookie Bomb?As a certified New York Home Processor, we are only allowed to ship within state lines. If (when!) we have a commercial kitchen, we will be able to reach more customers across greater distances. Stay tuned for updates on availability in your area.
